Jumpstart Collagen Production

When we are young, our body produces a wealth of collagen proteins. Then, in our twenties, collagen production begins to decline.

Factors like sugar intake, smoking, and UV exposure also contribute to a decrease in collagen production. With less (and lower quality) collagen being produced as we mature, our skin begins to lose its elasticity, structure, and support . This leads to wrinkles, fine lines, and slower cell turnover.
